Hotel Policy
    1. Room Occupancy & Stay Rules

    1.1 Extra Room Requirement
    Guests above 12 years of age must take an additional room.

    1.2 Check-In / Check-Out Timing

    • Check-in: 12:00 Noon
    • Check-out: 12:00 AM (Midnight)

    1.3 Single Occupancy Rule
    If a room is booked for single occupancy, the guest is still liable to pay the full room rent, even if additional persons stay.

    1. Food & Beverage Policies

    2.1 No Outside Food or Liquor
    No food or alcoholic beverages from outside are allowed inside the hotel premises.

    2.2 Meal Cancellation
    If a guest cancels breakfast, lunch, or dinner included in the room tariff, no deduction or discount will be provided.

    2.3 Meal Order Timings

    • Breakfast: Order must be placed the previous night.
    • Lunch: Order must be placed 4 hours prior to lunch timing.
    • Dinner: Orders must be placed between 5:00 PM and 5:30 PM.

    2.4 Restaurant Timing
    The restaurant closes at 9:30 PM. After this time, dinner orders will be delivered to the respective rooms.

    2.5 Kitchen Access
    Guests are not allowed to enter the kitchen or place direct orders inside the kitchen area.

    1. Conduct & Property Rules

    3.1 No Smoking
    All rooms and the entire hotel premises are strictly non-smoking zones.

    3.2 Noise & Disturbance Policy
    Guests must avoid creating noise or disturbances.
    If a guest continues to create disturbances even after being informed, charges or penalties will be applied.

    3.3 Damage or Theft
    Any breaking, damaging, or stealing of hotel property will be fully chargeable to the guest.

    1. Pet Policy

    4.1 The hotel is pet-friendly.
    4.2 Pets are allowed only with a valid health certificate issued by a recognised veterinarian.
    4.3 Guests must ensure their pets are clean, well-behaved, and do not disturb other guests.
    4.4 Any damage caused by pets will be chargeable.

Cancellation Policy
  1. 50% Refund Eligibility
    Cancellations made more than 10 hours prior to the scheduled check-in time are eligible for a 50% refund of the advance amount paid at the time of booking.
  2. No Refund Within 10 Hours
    Cancellations made within 10 hours of the scheduled check-in time are not eligible for any refund. In such cases, the full advance amount will be forfeited.
  3. Non-Transferable
    Refunds or credits cannot be transferred to another booking or guest unless explicitly approved by management.
  4. Processing Time
    Approved refunds will be processed within the standard refund timeline as communicated by the management or payment provider.
